Where are the videos?
All plans come with clickable calendars so you can simply click the workout you need and go straight to the follow-along video! Update your Adobe Acrobat PDF reader if yours won't click, then open it again inside your updated Adobe.
I have a question about the plan I purchased - where do I ask?
Inside each private Facebook group you will find a FAQs document with frequently asked questions. You can ask anything inside our private FB group page for the plan you purchased, or reach out via the social handles below (instagram, facebook, youtube).
Where did my download get saved to when I saved it on my device?
iPhone saves to iBooks (download iBooks app for free from the apple store if you don't have it).
Android saves to Files (looks like a folder icon)
Laptop / Tablet - you choose where you save downloads to.
Kindle is not compatible.
I lost my purchase. Is there any way to have my download link re-sent?

I finished the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan, what's next?
Take 2-3 weeks unstructured time. Don't just sit on the couch, but no scheduled or rigid workouts at all! Just move how you like and give yourself permission to chill out more than usual. Then progress onto my 10 Minute Plan. It has the same time commitment as the 12 Week PPP (30 min/day, 12 weeks long), but entirely new workouts that will keep your body guessing and keep you engaged as you learn. Go straight to one of the Bonus runner plans included, or do the regular 10 Minute Plan (all indoor videos).
